Kurt is a holistic high-performance coach focusing on connecting and training the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical in athletes. His coaching guides those working with him to transform so that they may embody the best version of themselves in performance and in all areas of life.
Kurt was working for the NBA in China and has had the privilege to coach in professional and semi-professional environments around the world. He has since started his own business and offers virtual and in-person individual and group training.
